Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

At Malwadrip, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they have been delivered.

We only offer exchange in specific cases where the product received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect item delivered


Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase

  • Your order number

  • Clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery


Shipping for Exchanges

  • In approved cases, we may arrange a replacement shipment

  • Customers may be required to cooperate with return pickup (if applicable)


Important Notes

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions
